60 Miles East Opening Night

60 Miles East Opening Night

Riverside, CA - Last night was the opening night ceremony for the 60 Miles East art exhibit presented by Travis Barker & 98 Posse at the Riverside Art Museum.  Talk about a blast from the past!  It was crazy to see a new flyer with 98 Posse on it.  It was a star studded event with many local legends including Travis Barker and crew, the Voodoo Glow Skulls, the Skeletones, the Kinison and many more in attendance.  It was a great night with many familiar faces, talks of the good ol' days and more importantly many conversations about future plans for the scene!

In addition to all of the flyers, t-shirts, and photos on display, there was a live performance of renditions of classic punk songs by Ukulele Hiro with Jerry O'Neill (the original Voodoo Glow Skulls drummer) on percussion and Adam Saxxy from the Voodoo Glow Skulls playing Sax and Flute on a few songs.

It was an epic night for the city, for the punk Rock scene, and for all of the friends who's lives were formed in that era.
